Roads Powering Electric Vehicles

The idea to create a technology that would allow roads to power EVs came to a team of Japanese researchers from Toyota Central R&D Labs who teamed up with scientists from Toyohashi University of Technology. The invention uses electrified metal plates installed under roads. The plates sent power using radio frequency to two steel belts - one located in the tires of a vehicle and the other above it.

Pascal Chretien managed to create the world's first manned chopper. He tested the flying vehicle, being able to stay in the air for just over two minutes. The engineer plans to make some improvements in order to increase the power of the fully-electric helicopter, making more powerful batteries so it would stay in the air for a longer period of time.
